Water Fees and Rates

Water Connection Fees:
Inside Corporate Limits          $300
Outside Corporate Limits        $350
 
Water Rates: 
 
Inside Corporate Limits
First 3,000 gallons              $30.00 (minimum bill)
All over 3,000 gallons         $3.51 (per 1,000 gallons)
 
Outside Corporate Limits
First 3,000 gallons              $38.50 (minimum bill)
All over 3,000 gallons         $4.51 (per 1,000 gallons)

 

Sewer Fees and Rates

Sewer Connection Fees:
Inside Corporate Limits         $300
Outside Corporate Limits       $375 plus cost

Sewer Rates:
Sewer rates are calculated by your monthly water usage.
 
Inside Corporate Limits
First 3,000 gallons              $30.00 (minimum bill)
All over 3,000 gallons         $7.50 (per 1,000 gallons)
 
Outside Corporate Limits
First 3,000 gallons              $40.00 (minimum bill)
All over 3,000 gallons         $8.00 (per 1,000 gallons)
